EyeMix Account & Data Deletion Request

1. How to Request Deletion

To request that your **EyeMix account and all associated data** be permanently deleted, please follow these steps:

STEP A: Send an Email

You must send your request to our dedicated support email:

Email Address: products@youngmediauk.com

STEP B: Verify Identity

For security, your email must include the following details so we can verify you are the account owner:

• Your **Account Email Address** (Used for EyeMix login).
• Your **User ID** (if known, or your name on file).

We are legally obliged to respond to your request within one calendar month and will confirm when the deletion is complete.

2. Data Retention and Deletion Policy

We delete data that is not legally required for financial records:

• Biometric Data (Iris Photos): **Already Deleted.** All original source photos are automatically and irreversibly destroyed **7 days** after image generation.
• Account Data: Deleted permanently from our primary database and authentication systems upon verified request.
• Transaction Records: Legally required financial records (invoices, transaction IDs) will be retained for up to 6 years for HMRC/tax compliance, separate from your personal identity data.
